Mr. Romanow possesses significant senior level, revenue development and operations management experience. He worked in the newspaper industry for 25 years, including 12 years as a Publisher overseeing multiple daily and weekly newspapers. Presently, he heads his own firm in Plainville, CT.
Today Mr. Romanow specializes in assisting business owners, CEO's and company presidents solve their issues and create new opportunities. This includes, but is not limited to: developing programs to increase operating profit and cash flow; measuring and improving operational efficiencies; driving sales revenue; business and succession planning; recruiting/mentoring top talent and budgeting/forecasting.
